I bought 3 of these cabinets a couple months ago and just got around to assemble them and they look great. I had a panel that was damaged and they sent me one the next day, I was impressed.

Good, but not Great

Just purchased this cabinet GALG36KDYG, and I, being a loyal Gladiator customer for years, am very disappointed with the cabinet. I have several pieces in my garage, including an older cabinet, which is much more sturdy and very solid compared to this unit. I added additional bolts to the back of the shelves because I was afraid that the shelves wouldn't be able to support very much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this in Oct. 2015 I feel it is a good value for a cabinet. My only complaint is the packing it came dented in a few places.

I look high and low for a deal at all the big brand retail stores and their name brands and went with the Gladiator products. Due to looks and rating's from other consumers. Pro's: Looks strong and durable. Easy assembly with good instruction's. Plus dollar to value is on the up-side. Cons: needs more than 3 shelves (like 4 minima) and could use some built in doors shelves. also every time I moved it to, so I could get it in the best usefully place, I had to repression the doors again.

Just purchased the Large GearBox Caibnet and assembled it in just over an hour. It appears to be well made and designed. I added a couple screws to the bottom of the lower back panel to attach it to the base, using the holes already there. I just wish it had a couple more shelves. My application is for smaller items, not like I'm want to overload it. Can I purchase more selves?

I just went and bought this cabinet for my garage. I get it home. I am excited as heck to get it up to get the garage organized. Welp I open the box and start taking out parts. It looked like someone threw the parts down a flight of stairs!!! The top (P2) was caved in (no way to connect it to the sides because it is so darn bent. I am going to contact the parent company to see if they can replace the product. I buy a brand new product expecting it to be brand new, not like it has been around the block 10X. I am highly disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this large gear box yesterday and I must say I was excited. This thing is nice and a good get. I put it together tonite and it has helped me clean up some clutter in my garage. It is made of good material and is some heavy duty stuff. I it also heavy I might add. My only problem putting it together was I could have used a second person to help. Other than that it was pretty straightforward.
I would recommend this to a friend!
