Horrible product - Too fragile...impracticable

The cable is too fragile to be used in the real world. I had mine installed by professional trades & it worked perfectly for 6 months. Then, without anything changing, the cord just stops working. Why don't you offer to versions one for people who want to pretend that they can't see the wire & one for people who want the cable to work for more than 6 months.

Optic cable

The internet is full of people having problems with this cable failing. This causes the tv to begin shutting off and on by its self and the remote stops working. I have two of these tv and by switching the cables the problem follows the cable to the other tv. Cables have not been moved or touched since original installation. They just fail over time.

I only used my tv once to test if it works and I moved my tv to the table. When turned it on again I found that there is no display on screen as the wire got bend and damaged.

Not worth the price

This worked great with our surround sound for about 3 months then got linked even while being very careful moving our tv. If this product wasn't so highly priced I would definitely purchase a new one, however if it breaks this easily I refuse to continue to purchase. Now we have a highly effective Samsung tv and Bose surround sound and have to go through multiple steps to connect the surround sound each time....ridiculous.

Just reading the negative reviews on here that are consistent with cable failure and unit failure and thought I would bring some balance to this.
I professionally installed 19 Samsung frames at my workplace with zero issues so far -they have been running 24/7 for 8 months straight.
We were very careful with unit handling and fiber installation to the connect box -I suggest anyone purchasing these pay for a professional install or be experienced with AV installation and I bet some of the problems listed here by others might be mitigated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had 65inch Frame TV installed Professionally in Nov 2018 and loved it. It worked for 3mths then stopped working for no reason, I discovered it was the cable. I purchased a new one, and it stopped working within days. I now can't even buy another 15m cable for this model. I can see that this is a very common issue but Samsung are ignoring their loyal customers. Very Disappointing Samsung.

Samsung one connect, very bad

This is my second Samsung TV with the same connectivity issues. I have to reconnect the the one connect cable all the time for the TV to recognize any attached devices. Loosing picture all the time and have to reconnect. In addition I found out that the one connect plug overheats, which maybe the cause of all the issues. I now have a fan next to it to cool it down, sounds really stupid to me ... Anyway Samsung should get some smart engineers to design their products, instead of the sales people ;-)
