Great coffee machine

Purchased my espresso machine 10 years ago and i love it. It's makes great coffee and is a stunning piece of equipment in my kitchen. No issues with it but important to descale regularly.

Excellent Espresso Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second KitchenAid Espresso maker I have owned. After 2+ years of roughly 2 cups per day the first one developed an electrical issue and started to trip circuit breakers. A call to KitchenAid with the serial number resulted in a new expresso maker being shipped. The new one arrived approximately one week later and I shipped the old one back in the same box.
Even if the warranty experience wasn't so easy, I love the espresso maker. With the dual boilers I can make a latte very quickly and even make 3-4 in a reasonable time. The espresso shots are always smooth and the milk steams very quickly. I think the quality of the drink is equal to most coffee shops.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are really happy with our expresso maker. Expresso is great (we live in Colombia so we only use Colombian coffee). We continue to learn how to make the “right milk”, it has been difficult for us so our cappuccino isn’t the best

Another great product from kitchen aid. I have several products from kitchen aid i love the look they produce and quality of each product. I have never had an issue with any of my kitchen aid appliances. The Espresso machine is manual which i love so i have full control over my brews. Got this last night fired it up this morning and Bam just like i went to the local coffee shop absolutely great taste in my americano. Highly recommended for even a new user to espresso machines with easy to follow directions. Now i need to purchase the Burr Grinder and i will be all set. Alos planing on switching my range dishwasher and fridge out before long with KitchenAid products.

Dble shot squirts everywhere

I bought this about a month ago. We have tried everything. Even bought the kitchenaid coffee grinder. We have tried to grind coffee beans different coarses. We have tamped different ways. Followed all instructions but still it squirts everywhere it is awful. We called and told them they said it shouldn't do that. They then sent us a new one. Great Customer service. We just got the new one and again does the same thing. The single shot no problem but the double is awful. This is a big let down with the amount of money we spent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
