I am struggling to get a good coffee out of this machine, terrible creama and the coffee tasted terrible. I have had other machines in the pass but i am not getting this one work well for me.. any suggestions would be great.

I was a little disappointed n the fact that the set wasn’t branded with KitchenAid. If I had of known this before purchasing I don’t think I would have.
