[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Addforable phone that does everything i need it to. Zero problems and massive battery. I can go 2 days with out it needing a charge. I love this phone. Using it on cricket.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality, easy to use
I bought phone not even 6 months ago. Already died. I went through a lot problems. Couldn't connect to my car. Every time I had to restart phone. Last and final problem my phone died on my. I sent phone back for warranty repair. I was said my phone was water damaged. I didn't drop my phone in water neither spill water on it. When I asked for explenation I was told it is humidity. It should be warning on product: "Don't buy in Florida cause is humid there!" I hope my TV won't die because of humidity.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you so much for the feedback. Corrosion is caused by liquid or condensation damage to the phone. This does not necessarily mean the phone was dropped in water as this can happen when in high humidity areas or if the device is placed on the bathroom counter-top while showering or next to the sink while doing dishes for example. This can allow moisture to penetrate the ports on the phone and over time will lead to corrosion of the device’s internal components. ^AC

Cons out weigh pros

The phone is very inexpensive, large screen, easy to use. But has two MAJOR problems. 1. Unlike virtually all other phones, text notifications do not simply pop up on your screen. The phone will vibrate or ring, then you must press the side button to see who and what was text. 2. Perhaps a larger issue. If you have your headphones plugged in, the text message alert plays both through the head phones, and out loud on the phone for everyone around you to hear. Do not buy this phone.

Thank you so much for the feedback. The unit is operating as designed. You may put the device in Vibrate mode when you have the headset connected and it will ring in the headset only. ^AC

One of the Most Resilient Phones I've Ever Owned

I bought my xcharge back in 2017 and let me tell you, it went through some rough treatment. I managed the Friday and Saturday night shifts at an extremely busy pizza restaurant at the time when I first purchased the xcharge. That poor phone got so banged up and thrown around right along with me on those crazy, hectic weekend night shifts. It got dropped into piles of flour, kicked across tile floors, stepped on when it fell out of my pocket near the pizza oven, & it was always sitting on the table where the pizza dough was made so it got filled with flour, got accidentally dropped into a puddle, and MANY more bad incidents I can't even recall. Buy other than the glass screen being pretty severely damaged, I was able to keep and use that phone for 3 whole years! The damaged screen didn't even cause too much of an issue as the phone was perfectly usable and it didn't hinder being able to see the screen, it just looked unsightly. I even got 2 other phones during the time I had the xcharge and broke those irreparably having to go back to the xcharge while waiting to afford to get another new phone! It is, to date, the strongest, most abused phone I ever owned. It stood up to all that abuse and only stopped being used because I finally retired it. Best phone ever if you're clumsy and need a phone that won't be destroyed by dropping it lol.
