My unit will not raise and lower. How can I obtain a new remote switch button to see if that is the issue.

Poorly designed. Was installed in a brand new home in 2008. It is delicate to use, control board blows too easy. The switch looks like a thermometer you stick on a child's forehead. Very costly to repair. Plan to pull it out and put in a ventless exhaust hood (wish the builder had told us there were other options)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
