Good looking but slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of my new range, and am very impressed with the BTU's on the gas stove burners. Wow! But I'm surprised that the oven takes nearly 20 minutes to preheat to 400 degrees. My old GE could do that in about 5-10 mins. Also, the oven rack on rollers is nice, but if not put in correctly is wobbly and dangerous when pulling it out.
