Season the GRIDDLE!!

Kitchenaid! this means you! you need to put a warning sticker to advise people to season the grill, for customer satisfaction.
All the people out there with burnt griddles aren't saying that they seasoned the Griddles First!! before use.
Heat it all the way up to expand the metals pores and rub oils (of your choice- eg- Peanut oils) into it. Let it cool, and do it again,... repeat about 3-4 times otherwise things are gonna stick!

Wish the grill was removable though!!! Better have it on V.2.0

A stove for all seasons

We inherited this when we bought a very high end home. I have owned top of the line Thermador, Wolf, etc, all commercial grade. This is equally well made, and better thought out in many respects. It exceeds its competition because the electronic interfaces are easy to use, and responsive. Very nice. Oh .. and I did not do this to enter a contest. I did it because KitchenAid deserves some credit for a great product in a world of skimpy quality.

Looks Beautiful, Bakes Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only been using it for two weeks so I am still trying to work the kinks out. I love cooking on it, however, when I am using the convection for baking the oven keeps turning off when the timer goes off. I have not been able to figure out how to stop the oven from turning off so it is a major pain to keep preheating, though I'm sure this is me and not the oven's short comings.
The oven is very large and I look forward to cooking big dinners for our large get togethers.

Love it's quality and look. Works great very high end looking - only issue is electronic panel is too flat easy access for cats to walk on and set off or kids to touch - although it does have a lock control feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I referred to the reviews of this range when making our decision to purchase and honestly, was a bit skeptical of all of the great reviews because the reviews are entered into a drawing. We gambled and ordered one without having seen one on display. We have had it for 2 months now and I don't regret it for a minute! I absolutely love this range. My favorite feature is the griddle. It takes a bit to preheat but it cooks everything to perfection and cleans up like a dream. The four different burners do their job very well - nothing like cooking on a gas stove. I have baked, roasted and used the convection feature numerous times and I have never been disappointed.
