[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is great if you want to use the oven or grill top separately, but if you use them both at the same time, the cooling fan prevents the grill top burners to properly heat the pot properly. Also, the oven does not turn off for a long time after you press the off switch, causing the cooling fan to run even longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, JBanta13! Thank you for taking the time out to share your feedback with u. In researching, you are able to use both the oven and cooktop simultaneously. The oven control has a factory preset built-in 6 Hour Energy Saving feature that will turn off the oven if the oven is left on for more than 6 hours; which is normal. Also, the fan will continue to run to cool the oven to a safe temperature.

Not happy!

I bought this oven a few months ago. I cook a lot and I hate how hard the glass top is to clean! It’s black and shows smudges. Very unhappy with my choice!

Junk - Absolute Waste of Money

I have had this oversized range for approximately 6 years. The cook top got stained right away with water marks. No matter how it was cleaned, it looked lousy. The range knobs get so hot when the oven is being used, you need potholders to turn them. Also, I scrubbed them with Brillo and the settings washed off the knobs. Worse yet, the oven began locking after I cleaned it and it would not release. I called 3 different repair men in to try to correct the issue. one changed the igniter, but that didn't help. Another put in a new control panel and that didn't work. Finally, the third man said e couldn't fix it because it was structurally faulty.

Please know that cleaning a stove is one of the most important things you can do to maintain a clean range. Water marks can appear on the cook-top due to minerals in water that stick. The key to getting a streak-free and spotless stove top is to quickly wipe up the water so that it does not have time to sit and spot the stove.
Using abrasive cleaners, such as brillo can remove the printing on your knobs. We recommend using warm water, mild soap and a soft non-abrasive sponge.
