I had just switched phones & wanted to Protect my phone! I really like it, it has already protected it as I dropped my phone! It is just fine & glad it did protect it!
After having my last Otterbox for almost 5 years, I knew I would buy another, so I went with the clear case this time. I didn’t realize the case was in US $ (my own problem) so it was definitely more expensive than I would have liked to pay. Although the clear looks very nice on, it does smudge and scratch way more than I imagined it would. I’ve only had for a month, and the edges on the case are marked up. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t have gotten this case and would have gone with a plain black one. However,

Sorry to hear things are getting a bit heated with your iPhone lately. The Symmetry Series case really shouldn't be causing anything like that; have you tested to make sure your device isn't acting up when it's uncovered since this all began? Any chance this is due to the summer heat?

I bought it recently and I was expecting a clear high quality case that I can see the phone through it as advertised. The case isnt clear and I can't see the phone. The buttons are so hard to push.

Picture not a good respresentation

I just received this case and may not keep it. The polka dots are not as shown . There is a shadow effect behind each one. Just wish the online picture was better.
You can't plug in the adapter without taking the entire case off--which is awkward and not easy to do. I would never have purchased this case had I known it had such a poor design.
