Not what it looks like online - exchange refused

I bought the confetti clear symmetry case. When it arrived it was covered in glitter, which was not in the description of the product online. I called otterbox to try and exchange and they refused to exchange or allow me to return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i bought it because i love otterbox and anything marvel but the glow in dark i though ooo thats gonna be awesome. its a lil bit of a let down doesnt not glow very bright at all if it glows i want it to pop and glow like the pictures shown thats why i give it a 3
