The commuter Series is usually what I purchase. It offers great protection and it's light weight. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars are the colors...I need more colors to choose from or create my own.

I bought the Samsung Note 8 and I dislike it. The case has no front or top plastic to prevent scratches.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good case, boring color selections

Good case, I would definitely recommend. I am very happy that a pink case was available but I wish there were more color options. I was able to get a 3rd party skin for my previous OtterBox, but I doubt I'll be able to do that on this case because of the width of the camera opening. I hope they get more colors or prints in the future!

While the case does what it is supposed to do in terms of protection, it does not facilitate the "fast charge" device available with the Note 8. I did try for several days but it just will not charge with the case on the phone. I guess the silver lining is that the case is easy to remove and reinstall.
