Good case but not good on the curved screens.

It’s hard to give such a non-positive review considering I use Otterbox products on every phone I buy but I bought this case for my mom to use on her Note 8. Ended up having to return the case because the extreme curvature on the screen was causing too much of a concern to the expensive tempered glass screen protector. The sides of the case dipped down too far, way below the edge of the screen protector leaving an unprotected portion of the screen exposed and inviting the screen protector to being easily lifted off. I realize that because of that curved screen, it’s very difficult to find the right combination of case/screen protector but this case for this phone doesn’t leave much option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Were you using this case in conjunction with our Alpha Glass? So I purchased this early because I preordered the note 8. Luckily it came super early because so did my note! It came 9 days before release date! Super pleased and happy with thus case. Works well with my zagg glass screen protector too. Can't go wrong with otterbox. Super slim yet protective.

I buy Otterbox because I drop my phone and I don't like having a cracked screen. The two days I had the Note8 and didn't have an Otterbox were sheer terror. The day after I got my Commuter, I drop the phone, face first into concrete by accident. Picked it up with confidence and sure enough, not a scratch. This Otterbox replaced the one my Galaxy Mega was encased in for four years and I'm certain this Note8 will be as unscathed as the Mega was.

I just love the otterbox cases. I tend to drop my phone A LOT. Otterbox is my go to for protection. The case is sleek and the color is cute!! Only down side is it doesn't fit well with a tempered glass screen protector.

Solid case, but color is somewhat misleading!

As far as function goes, this case is great. Does a good job providing protection, while being as minimal and attractive as possible.
The only suggestion I have for the people at otter box is to make the colors in the photo online more indicative of the actual case colors. I was expecting gray and dark blue, and what I got was blue and darker blue. It still looks great, but is not technically what I was hoping for.
