Very nicely fitted my Note 8.. and then very well protected too. I accidentally dropped my Note8. Good thing it's protected by UAG Plyo.
I am hoping to get for my Note10+ iphone 6 7 pixel 4a and iPhone 12 pro max soon

The replacement lasted a couple

The replacement lasted a couple of weeks before it started falling apart. Terrible!! Didn't even try to waste any more time reporting. I went and bought me another case and is holding on just fine.

Old stock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a loyal UAG user for all my devices, I trust their products blindly. I had to buy a case for my old note 8. It broke directly at setup. I guess it was an old stock that was not stored properly. That was my only bad purchase.

Plastic becomes brittle when getting older

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's July 2023 and i bought that Plyo case for my Samsung Note 8, because my first case, an UAG Monarch from 2018, became brittle, got multiple cracks and lost some of the thinner parts...
Sadly, the monarch wasn't available anymore, so i chose the plyo.

But the brand new Plyo, bought directly from UAG, is as brittle as my old Monarch, right out of the box.
Even at the first insertion of the phone it broke apart...

UAG sent me an replacement case, but that is as brittle as the other case has been...
Seems like that cases are not suitable for more than 4-5 years, no matter if used or not.
UAG sent me a refund, so service is good, but they (logically) did not refund what i had to pay for customs and an additional customs-related shipping-fee for german DHL. So still not covering my costs.
As i am reviewing the product, not the service, only one star
