You want some serious protection for your iPhone, well this is the way to go. The things I like:
1. The tactile feel of the case around the border.
2. The built in stand.
3. Not water proof, but I have all the protection I need.

I bought the pink Realtree Defender Otterbox. Having had an Otterbox Defender previously, I can vouch for their durability. My phone fell off of a lifted Jeep in a road and was found by a passing motorcyclist. There was no damage!! Love this product!!

I had the Defender case on my iphone 5 and for years it protected the phone well. After recently upgrading to the iphone 8 it was an easy choice to go with Otterbox. Its nice to have the solid back and not a big circle cutout to show the apple logo. The only complaint I have with the defender cases is the built in screen protector. It has a slight bow to it and parts of the screen require more pressure to work properly and is most annoying when typing a text msg but I knew this when I purchased. The iphone 5 case did the same thing which I ended up removing and that solved the problem. The other thing is the fingerprint reader (home button) stopped working after about 6 or 7 times but my wifes is still working ok, I've tried reinstalling without luck. I'll be removing the original protector and probably get an alpha glass for the new case and that will bring back the responsiveness of the screen. All in all very pleased with the new case. Would be nice if an alpha glass type protector was included, I'd gladly pay the difference up front.
