I got this phone for my brother & he loves it. I have an IPhone 7s if I had seen the K10 I'd of gotten it.

Cheap phone, fulfills basic functions

It's about 1/5 the price of leading smartphones, so it performs about 1/5 the speed too. Even with the diminished processing power the battery life was very disappointing. I had to charge it everyday. Just browsing the web, reading articles, and the watching short clips on those said articles drained the battery really fast; about 1-2% per minute. It also takes a long time to charge. I don't think it supports quick charging, I could be wrong, maybe it just doesn't work with my Samsung quick charger. Anyways, it doesn't do very well as a smartphone, but you can definitely talk and text with it, hence a 2 star rating. If you just need a backup phone and not the smart functions, there are other cheaper options; if you want a smartphone but is low on budget, I'd suggest you save a little longer and get a better phone. There's a lot of competitions for phones out there, so you really do get what you pay for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's not an iPhone, but for a starter phone for my son, not a bad purchase for him. It has the needed apps to commute to school and back home. For a starter smart phone, glad we purchased this, so far it has been great.
