This phone is very hard to use. We have trouble answering and keep losing calls

I would guess that the people that have a hard time operating the LG K10 phone haven't read the instructions. .My rating is 9.5

I was looking for my Dad a phone and was not wanting to spend a lot because he only used his phone when away from home. It is his first smart phone. It is a great phone. He uses it to text and is having fun. I wish I had ordered his before I got my iPhone. I would have gotten myself an LG K10. He gets cell service in places my phone does not.
I would recommend this to a friend!
