Really like the phone. My previous phone was an LG and this is an upgrade in every area. Only problem I have had is getting used to the buttons on the back (my first phone with this configuration) Nice feel and weight - I have no complaints

Great phone

Great phone at a great price. My 3 star rating is because the battery doesn't stay charged. I am having to charge by lunch every day because I use it for work purposes so I am on it a lot. Other than that I would give it a great rating.

To fragile

If you have ever dropped a phone then stay as far away from this one as you can. After having a moto x for three years and dropping various times including down concrete stairs and not even a scratch, I upgraded to the k10. Two days after getting it, it fell no more than three feet and shattered the glass. This is the first phone I have ever broken.

easy to use

My old phone was so difficult to use and hard to hear sounds. My new LG is so easy to set up, to use the key pad and to see details and to HEAR. Also easy to answer the phone. I am so happy.

My new phone, my first smartphone!

I love this new phone. I had avoided switching to a smartphone, thinking I didn't need it, and that it would be too complicated. It is simple to use and has everything I need. Unlimited talk and text, a good camera, email, apps for uber and maps and shopping. I used to insist I did not need to see email on my phone; now I see how helpful that is. Though this is considered an entry level smartphone, I cannot imagine ever wanting anything more. It is wonderful.
