Disappointed at Best

Purchased phone a couple weeks ago and the phone screen is cracked already. Also purchased an expensive case and glass shield for screen. When the phone was dropped, the screen cracked but the screen protector didn't. Then I noticed that the screen protector actually sits above the edge of the case. This seems to be a very poor design, since the screen protector is the first thing to hit the ground, not the case. Extremely disappointed!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was a little leery of this phone at first but wanted an inexpensive phone that I could buy outright instead of having to be on a plan. It has turned out to be a good basic phone and works well.
