Not very easy to use

Should have taken back and traded for another phone. Not very easy to figure out features like putting in new contacts and adding ringtones, just doing anything was difficult

bought 2 one for my wife and one for me biggest complaint is it could be louder but for the money good value may be not as fast as my old Samsung rugby but still a good phine

KG K10 -difficult to text

I love android phones, this one is a bit bigger than my last one, but the keyboard on this one for some reason is smaller.... takes forever to send a text and the auto-correct should be called auto-screw-it-up. Also the speaker sound SUCKS. Through earbuds and mic it's OK, but on speaker it distorts everything. I might trade up.... have to weigh the benefits of transferring everything again to just texting s-l-o-w-l-y
