Although I am no technical expert, I can usually set these things up within 15-30 minutes. Not the case with this one. There's no manual, so you scroll through a lot of terms and conditions, inputting information (which it sometimes rejects), then after activating, it would not accept or make calls. Maybe I wasn't patient enough, but I gave it an hour, packed it up, returned it, and made all the requisite phone calls to cancel. Total time wasted on the phone over a 2 day period - 4 hours!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was an exchange for my Samsung. I like the fact that it's easier to type because the keys are larger.

Unlike 99.9% of the world, I use my phone as a "hello/good bye" phone. Every so often I take a picture or check the score of a ball game.
Those 3 things and a VERY good price is what I wanted. And that's what I have in this phone.

This is exactly what I wanted! I'm happy to have a droid. I had a Nokia with Windows operating system previous. The apps were not compatible.
