She loves learning all about the world and always wanted a globe and this is even better being 2 in 1 as we are obsessed with the stars! The night feature is so cool because it has a sensor on this so when it's turned on and plugged in or can take c batteries it knows when it's dark and turns on and saves power. It's super awesome! My daughter and I love this so much and will be having fun learning more everyday! Such a fun idea to make 2 in 1 I am so happy with this. My daughter is over the moon stoked! Love all the discovery products. Always great fun learning items! Let me say Discovery #Mindblown my mind is blown, absolutely love this!

Amazing globe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love world globes and intended to buy one to teach my daughter, so I was super excited about this one. It’s pretty cool. During the day, it functions as a normal globe showing all of the countries and their capitals in the world. At night, it senses darkness and lights up, and we can see the constellations. At the first time, I actually thought the globe was broken because it didn’t light up. I read the instructions and found out it just lighted up in darkness. It comes with an AC adapter or you can take 4 batteries to use its light function. My daughter really loves it.

Beautiful when lit up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the following from Influenster in exchange for my opinion. Honestly, It seems to be just a globe that you can manually rotate but once you plug it in, that's another level. I love all the constellations and that you can see where they are in the night sky. The fact that it can be plugged in or used with batteries is another plus. It glows beautifully and brilliantly and we had a lot of fun with it. Great for future astronomers.

Very cool and educational

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids thought this was the coolest thing. They love to turn the lights up and look at it in the dark. It makes a cute night light! The only complaint I have that holds back a star is the durability of it. One drop and ours fell apart. It’s pretty easy to put back together but kind of cheaply made. It’s still a cool resource to use to help kids understand our earth and continents.
