Multiuse children’s globe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children and I like the Discovery 2-in-1 Globe Light. I thought the globe would light up either in day or night mode because of the way it was advertised. However, it just simply lights up at night showing constellations, not Earth’s countries/ cities. My children are still interested in the globe, but it is not what we thought it would be. The globe’s colors and details are great, and it is easy to spin. I think it’s important to get children interested and excited about our world and the universe so this is still a great educational toy. Additionally, I want my children to learn world geography and as is (without the led constellations) the globe is a helpful tool.

Really educational

It is a really really nice globe, and both the day and night modes show different things. The night constellation mode is my favorite. It is definitely very educative and will also make a great gift for kids.

Excellent learning tool!

My boys love it, and I plan to use it in my 4th grade classroom during my space unit, too. The globe is lightweight, colorful, and the constellations light up so beautifully. Highly recommend to all science lovers!

Fun for kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great globe for kids! It spins easily and in the dark you can see it light up with star patterns and constellations. My second grader is often consulting a map for where different historical events happened and it’s really nice to have this globe right at our fingertips. The equator line is like an easy to remove tape which is my only gripe but

Great for aspiring little travelers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this to my 7 year old son who is really into learning about the work and space right now and he couldn't have been more thrilled. He reat enjoyed seeing the earth as the astronauts do from space but also learning about all the different countries of the world. The fact that it lights up at night on its own is an added bonus without us having to turn it in is great. It senses darkness and does not require a battery which is a really nice feature because you can just plug it in. This is nice for any age but especially young explorers

Very cool nightlight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 2 in 1 Day and Night Globe is perfect for ages 8+. Major constellations glow with LED light. We like that this globe can be used as a nightlight or educational tool. The globe has a built in automatic sensor senses darkness and automatically turns on its LED lights. The globe all uses 4 C batteries or it can be plugged into the wall with the adapter. During the day the globes features countries, cities and oceans by night you can see an illuminated map of city lights similar to what at astronaut may see from space.

This 2 in one globe is really it's a normal globe in the light, and it shows outer space in the dark.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Need to find a country in the light you can find it on this cool globe. If you want to find something in space, turn off the lights and the globe lights up, and now you see outer space .Find where the planets and stars are located. Turn the lights back on, and suddenly, it's a globe once again. THIS cool 2 in one globe will make a great learning tool for any classroom or at home.
