Could use some improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The directions for the various settings and cooking options are not easy to understand or intuitive.
Because the control panel is BELOW the counter it would really help if the different button options were back-lit. In a darker room they are very difficult to read.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this microwave. We don’t usually cook in a microwave but normally reheat. There is a reheat button that is what we have used all the time. Love it!! We bought a drawer and it is so easy to use. The only thing I would change is the panel of options above the microwave should light up. It’s hard to read as our drawer is below the counter.
