Nonstick Issue

We have two of these slow cookers and love the functionality to say the least. I don’t believe we have used either unit more than 3 times. It’s extremely disappointed that the nonstick coating is coming off. Because of the investment and being a aluminum insert with a nonstick coating, we have never used metal utensils and are extremely careful! Now we don’t even want to use the units since we don’t want this costing in our food. Of course the warranty has expired on both units. Not a investment loss that easily forgotten...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it's become my staple for fixing dinner, especially when it's 100 degrees outside and you don't want to turn the oven on. I made the beef stew In their online book, with my own doctoring, and it was delicious! It's worth every penny.

This product is phenomenal! I use it for everything, but especially love making soup. My nutritionist recommended that I take soup to work for lunch everyday as a simple, healthy solution to combat my busy schedule, so I make soup twice per week using my Multi-Cooker and use a personal Crock-Pot to rewarm my soup on the go.

Nice big bowl, lots of features but it might take a bit of time getting used to all of the functions. Changing the temperature is not quite as easy as the outer box implies but, hopefully, I'll get used to that as well.
