I bought this multicooker a couple of weeks ago and im very satisfied wth my purchase. I got an awesome deal on it and Im using it at least three times a week. The only thing I will recommend to the manufacturer is to give the customer the hability to adjust the temperature in the unit from 110 degrees to the max. Right now it does not let the customer adjust the temperature low enough to do sous vide in it and the multicooker has the posibility to do it if the program is changed.

Originally I wanted this for making soups, but it does so much more. I rarely use my cooktop anymore. It can be used to braise meat, steam, boil, and slow cook. I use it almost every day. The only negative that I have found is that the cooking pot retains odors. Soaking with baking soda takes care of the problem.

We love this amazingly useful, efficient and charming appliance. It elimates the need for a sink of dirty pots and pans! The stages of cooking, browning, searing, etc. work as we'd hoped. The rice cooking function makes the best rice ever. We love the limitless choices and fun in cooking this charming jewel has brought to our kitchen!

Purchased 2 multicookers in December for me and my mom as a holiday present and was hoping to enjoy every feature but unfortunately, I am very much disappointed. The insert bowl got scratched right away (both mine and my mom's); the tempt display of my mom's device stops working occasionally and mine cooker temp and time setting got frozen occasionally. Was hoping that for this price I would get a great quality appliance.....(I have kitchen aid stand mixer and I am extremely satisfied with it). Also the bowl is too deep and round....not convenient for use and is not able to sauté evenly large amount of meat. Moreover, the display buttons are made of plastic and after being touched by hot surface was immediately ruined! Highly dissatisfied! Would not recommend that product to anybody for this price!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used my multi cooker a couple of time since my purchase. It is easy to operate & works well. I had wanted a slow cooker for quite while, this one was so pretty I couldn't resist. Looking forward to receiving the cookbook and trying some actual slow cooker recipes.

I just used the slow cooker function to make kalua pork and it turned out amazing. It's very easy to use and the perfect size. I'm very happy with this product. It has a ton of different functions. I haven't seen anything like this so far.
