I bought this six weeks ago after extensive research to replace a old, lost (and beloved) big box store slow cooker. I was using it within 10 minutes of unboxing it. It is simple to use, versatile and beautiful which is a bonus. Clean up is easy. I like the fact that that is a stir tower accessory to purchase as I step up my use of it. It has fast become my new beloved multi-cooker--well worth the investment to me.

I use this multi-Cooker only once to make the pilaf. I had some rise on the top that was half cooked, but I think it is my fault. There are holes on the side I needed to close. I believe after a few times of using, I'll adjust and have some experience . Very good quality. Like it a lot.

Wonderful appliance,controls are well placed and labeled for ease of use. So many uses, I can't wait to try all of them. The Sear setting allows for many one pot dishes. Only negative is the lack of recipes to follow to learn the settings. The registration packet promised a free cookbook when registering but that page/link never materialized during the registration process online. But don't let that worry you, just keep using it and you can figure it out quickly.

I love using this multi-cooker as a "crock-pot". Our first pot roast dinner was awesome! Unfortunately, the cooker did not arrive with a cookbook or directions for cooking in other ways. A cookbook was promised after we registered the multi-cooker. We still have not received the book. Also, the cooker is quite large so be prepared to find a big cupboard to store it in...or display it on the countertop as we are doing. It truly is beautiful...but wish we had more ideas of what and how to cook with it. Also, there are already a couple of scratches on the bottom of the pot, after cooking one meal in it. Perhaps it is the rice cooker that came with the pot and is stored in the pot that is scratching it. We used only silicone utensils to remove our first/only meal from the cooker.
