I had to reset it after a week because no one could hear me speak but after it got reset, it has worked great.....very easy to use if you have had recent Motorola phones...plus, it comes with a second year warranty if you register it.....thanks LG!

Waterproofing and battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been looking forward to this phone because I owned the V10 and passed on the V20 because this one was the bigger upgrade over the original. So glad I waited through a couple of refurbished V10s. The only drawback is I would have kept the IR blaster. No one talks about that feature anymore but it is very underrated.

Pros: The phone itself is very powerful, and is very stable running multiple apps at a time. The camera and video quality is also top-notch. I had no trouble getting used to the interface whatsoever.

Cons: My only major complaint is the display in low-light situations. On the minimum brightness settings, the display is absolutely awful. Colors are not accurate and backgrounds look grainy and textured.
Other than the display issues this is a great phone and I've been very happy with it.
