Best phone of the year!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To put this review into proper perspective, let me begin by stating that I currently have 4 top of the line flagship phones in my family. 2 of them are LGs (V20 and now the V30). Everything about the V30 says quality! State of the art microprocessor, amazing POLED screen and the cameras ahh yes the cameras are the best with F1.6 with glass lens, and a GREAT wide angle lens (that I really use a lot) they are the best period! Top it off with movie software that is really easy to use and turns mundane videos into something special.The phones form factor is perfect and my wife, a 6 inch screen that she can easily use with one hand, the phone is really quite beautiful.to sum it all up, this phone has become my favorite. Quality, performance, features, style, water resistant and a great user interface.

great battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this phone for a few weeks, so it's too early to give a full rating, but it has been good so far. Great camera and the battery goes for several days with light use. The phone works well. There are only a few bloatware apps that I couldn't uninstall. Verizon really needs to stop including the NFL app on it's phones. Also the sim card installation is a real pain. It is not easy to get it to go in properly with the sd and sim card at the same time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the v30 about a month ago after doing my research about all the new phones. It came down to the v30 and the pixel 2 and what sold it for me was the headphone jack with quad dac, and the daydream plus rebate promotion. So far I have had no complaints. The phone feels premium, the camera is beyond anything I've ever experienced on a cell phone. The battery is amazing too. On my g4 that I upgraded from I was just barely able to get a days worth of battery, now with gbr v30 i can EASILY go 2 days without charging it. The finger print scanner is in the perfect place and is crazy fast, the button itself isn't as tactile as I would like but thr volume buttons make up for that. The screen is amazing with no complaints there. My one and only complaint is the headphone jack placement. The quad dac is awesome and even having a jack is surprising in 2017 but putting it on the top is one of the most annoying things ever. Especially when you are listening to music and pull your phone out of your pocket, then you realise you're holding the phone upside down, then the cable drapes over the screen, then the plug gets tugged on when you look at your phone. Other than that it's been an amazing experience and I wouldn't go back.

Fast fast fast! This monument of technology operates educationally well. The video and camera options, functions and quality are unparalleled by the rest of the market. Congratulations LG, the v30 is it!

Got the v30 and Within a few days i knew i would not be returning this phone. I wasnt sure at first because i had never paid money for a phone and it seemed a bit expensive to me. I see why now. Thanks LG

Great screen / floating bar disappears
