True Flagship Device - No Compromises

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I could build a phone it would be the LG V30. It has every feature you could want in a flagship. Top-tier processor, beautiful screen, metal/glass build, large battery, fingerprint on the back, wireless charging, dustproof/waterproof/shock resistant, USB C and much more. Honestly, anyone that tells you this phone isn't the best of 2017 is just making excuses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched over to this a month or so ago and am very happy with my decision. From a hardware perspective, it’s a better choice than the other device my wife got for the following reasons: 1) From a camera perspective since we consider ourselves to be rank amateur photographers like 99% of you, the features that the V30 offers can make it far simpler to adjust for backlighting and other situations. 2) If you are doing video and subsequent editing, this is really the choice for you. There several YouTube videos illustrating how this stacks up to professional video cameras. 3) Removeable memory via microSD card. A much more cost-effective and expandable method of storage. 4) The BIGGIE: If you like your music, this phone “drops the mic.” Unlike some of its competitors, LG not only kept the headphone jack (a tactic designed to force the market and device sales rather than do anything for device functionality, in my opinion),but features a quad DAC. It supports FLAC, MQA and other lossless formats, and an amp sufficient to drive high end headphones - something simply not possible with Bluetooth technology. This is the device that not only sits head and shoulders above any other smartphone on the market, but now competes with the host of devices that are solely digital audio players (and oh, yeah. It’s a phone, too.) And if wireless audio is your thing, it also supports the latest codec for Bluetooth as well. So take audiophile music to the slopes, beach, office! OK there’s more but enough for now.

Nearly every flagship option you could ask for

Wireless charging, fast snapdragon CPU, beautiful screen with small bezels, and a form factor that feels pleasant in one hand! Very satisfied with my LG V30 purchase.

The Samsung Galaxy Killer....

They have seen to come quite complacent in they're attempt to keep up with iPhone. When looking for an upgrade and comparing all the newest models on the market, the V30 took the cake! The perfect size, and dreamy display it bolsters is Beautiful to say the least! You guys have harnessed an LG fan for life now!

Surprisingly well thought out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the V30 for 5 weeks now and it has quickly become the favorite phone out of all i have ever tried. In the past, I've used apple, motorola, samsung, nokia, blackberry, sony, and htc. The V30 takes outstanding pictures, records amazing videos, and hits the perfect sweetspot for size. It does everything so well, i tend to take it for granted. I'm used to having a phone that i love for one feature, but despise for another. The V30 performs so consistenly fast and accurately, that it almost goes unnoticed. That is, until someone else asks you where you downloaded that vid of a mountain stream and you say, I took that with my new phone. It is that stunning.
In case you don't think this is a real review, I do have one negative. The V30 only has one speaker. I really wanted a phone with two speakers, but after trying the V30, that's a small price to pay to enjoy a phone that does everything so well. Besides, I use earbuds 95% of the time anyway.
Would I buy the V30 again if i lost it today? Absolutely!!!!
