Confusing interface

Triple rear camera (normal, wide angle & macro) ::::: PC Desktop Mode via Type C to HDMI cable (without a dock station same like in Huawei Mate 10 Pro) ::::: 16 MP front camera ::::: 4000mAh Battery ::::: HI-FI QUAD DAC ::::: 8GB RAM ::::: Return please as well Infrared Remote Control (IR)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the hardware and features. The form factor and functionality is very well designed. Clean and very utilitarian. I also like the fact that hardware is pretty up to date with features I can actually use, rather than gimmicks. The only reason I didn’t give it the highest mark is because the OS, (Operating Software), updates is behind schedule. Oreo 8.1 has been out awhile. Time to make it available to these products, specially the unlocked phones. Other than that, very happy.

Beautiful phone but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to make my gallery app take up half the screen so I can set the picture to something nice and just click on that to access my gallery, I also like to set my own pictures as my app icons photo. But I can't figure out how or even IF I can change that on the V30. I did this all the time on my G3 and thats one of the biggest things I liked about it. Complete personalization without a 3rd party launcher.
Also, where is the multiphoto background setting when I hold down on the screen???
I see all the other wallpaper settings exept my favorite MULTIPHOTO! Plus I LOVE the color black, so the black theme should come with a color slider for the small details that are orange by default.I love the black theme but the orange kills it for me.
I really dont like using launchers from the appstore and I would love for these three small features to make it to the V30. Until then I'll keep one star for myself lol

Beats out iPhone X hands down!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my choice from the start when I decided to switch from Apple to Android. Have 2 LG T.V's and will continue to buy more products. This phone is what the iphone X should be. Great size in the hand, a tad smaller than the gigantic iPhone plus. Camera takes beautiful shots. Sometimes face recognition is hit or miss but works. Screen is absolutely beautiful and build quality is extraordinary! Trying to get my wife to convert from Apple with this phone! Pictures from this camera is so good, I can only attach one because they are too large.
I would recommend this to a friend!
