Better than expected

I purchased this AC specifically because of it's low-profile - I didn't want to block my view with a bulky unit. This AC unit is not only small, but it cools my room quickly and is not loud at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad choice!

I bought this unit in May preparing summer, unfortunately the air conditioner is not cold enough. Temp set at 63 but still too warm. It says the unit cools up to 250 that is false statement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Chi Chi ! I would first check your power cord. Make sure your air conditioner is turned off, press the TEST button, you will notice a click as the button pops out. Then press the RESET button. Again, you will notice a click as the button engages; now turn your air conditioner on. If the plug does not reset the cord may be damaged. I would recommend checking your air filter. A dirty filter can restrict air flow. Clean or replace your filter if needed. Also, check if there is anything blocking the front of your air conditioner such as drapes, blinds, and furniture. Another suggestion would be to check the condenser coils on the outside of your air conditioner. Make sure the condenser coil is clean and not restricted by bushes, trees, debris or winter covers. If you have any additional questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us. -Kind Regards
