We've had this unit for a month now and we're pleased with it's overall performance. Much quieter and cools better than our old AC unit.

I bought this to replace a failing unit in my Florida winter home. The unit did all that we asked and satisfied our air conditioning needs in our entire double wide mobile home.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Blows out a lot of cold air. Instructions are extremely detailed, but would still suggest getting it professionally installed. It came packed very well, though my unit came dented on the right side. The grate that I had to screw onto the back couldn't be screwed in. There are multiple warnings saying the grate must be attached to the unit or to the sleeve (which we couldn't do). Looks very nice once it's installed with the frame.

Perfect for the coming hot summer months. Nothing fancy; no bells & whistles you don't really need. Just does what it's supposed to: cool the room.

Great performance ..

I needed to replace a 30 year old "built in unit" and I had to shop by dimensions of unit as opposed to btu..but it all worked out.. only wish this purchase was a 35,000 btu instead of 10,000...it cools the room it's in. and the adjacent one..somewhat..but it fits in the wall...and I learned a great lesson...never buy during summer...I think the price dropped about 4 weeks after I had it installed!
