Very Nice Stand

This is actually a really great stand. What's misleading is that there are different connectors on the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8" (2018) tablets that cause issues. There are some Tab A 8" 2018 tablets with a Micro USB connector - the carrier versions seem to be Micro USB. The WiFi only version of the Tab A 8" tablet has a USB C connector and works perfectly with this charging dock!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Completely worthless

Could not plug power cord into it. unusable. My tablet is great. Dock and book cover are worthless.

Not compatible with keyboard cover but.........

I love my new Tab A Tablet but am very dissapointed that the "new" charging dock does not work with the Samsung Keyboard Cover.
If you are planning to use the Tab A WITHOUT a keyboard or bulky cover the stand would be very good. Unfortunately for my needs it does not work. I rated the charging dock as if no keyboard will be used. By itself, without a cover it would be a very nice stand and is nice quality. Only recomended for use without bulky cases.

Check your Galaxy Tab A charging port carefully. Some from the carriers us a microUSB2.0 charging port and the USB C port on this product will not fit
