The microwave has operated flawlessly for four years. The problem it does have is the handle. The handle on the bottom broke about two years in. Our appliance store where we have our extended warranty Sent out a tech he said he did not know how to put just a handle on and ordered and installed a new door. Little over a year later the handle broke again same place. They have a new handle not a door and will be here Monday to install it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
