I have tried a generic brand and the rolls are not as long and do not hold the seal as long or as well as the Food saver bags. In this case you DO get what you pay for. Great Product!!!!!!

I only bought the 11" rolls with my initial purchase of the FoodSaver sealing system and quickly learned what I really needed were the smaller rolls. I have used them for numerous things and find the size to be perfect when the serving size will be for two people. The option to have them longer when needed is fantastic. HIGHLY recommend this size!!!

Sometimes you have just a few things out of the garden or leftovers and you just want to put it up for another time. These small 8 inch rolls are perfect for that! You can pick your own size! Best thing ever! The FoodSaver overall is awesome. The variety of bags are so helpful. Everyone needs to try it!! Thanks, FoodSaver!! A GREAT PRODUCT!

We use food saver bags & bag rolls to freeze everything from pecans to steaks. We highly recommend the bags and vacuum packing products A food saver special offering allow us to purchase the smaller bags at a great price.
