Food Saver Roll

I have used Foodsaver for several years, I own several. I have tried the other "off brand" storage bag rolls, and they are not as good as the Foodsaver brand. I have had trouble with the others losing the vacuum seal in the freezer and leaving my meats freezer burned. Some of the other brands are very thick and stiff and don't conform well to the food, leaving air pockets around the food. The Foodsaver brand is a good thickness and seals up tight. It may cost a little more, but you will not lose freshness, which is why you got a Foodsaver in the first place! I watch for the specials and stock up. But the "others" are not the same! Stick with what works.

8" rolls

I've been using FoodSaver rolls for several years and like what they do for how we use them. They keep whatever we put into them fresh like the day we bought it -- and for a long time in the freezer.

Quality product and service

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. When she cooks she always cooks more than is needed on purpose and later we heat it up and we have another great meal without all the effort. We use it on our camping trips also. The food goes well and saves the wife from having to cook. Just heat and eat. Plus when she buys foods such as meat she buys on sale and cut and uses the food saver to protect the foods when put in a freezer. My only problem has been they keep coming up; with better products and I still have my old 2. But it is tempting to update again.

Have had four different food savers in the past ten years, upgraded each time. Know I have saved thousands of dollars with them Have had no food freezer burn or go bad since starting to use my food saver. Have either bought or given each of my kids one. They love it as much as I do.
