Is this entirely necessary in the kitchen, probably not, but I certainly do use it way more than I ever thought. It’s handy and making preparing anything with avocado a breeze.

The knife like edge is great and the pit removal is also good the problem is the the side that’s supposed to cut the slices dosnt work well because it’s too thick, it should have been made of wire. I stick to my small pairing knife and can do a better job this way.

Not better than a knife and spoon

I used this for about a month on many different sized avocados of varying ripeness. The “knife” works poorly on overripe fruit and the scoop isn’t effective for larger or firmer avos.

Kitchen time saver

This could be one of my favorite kitchen tools. I use this to safely cut open avocados. It’s so easy to use and I don’t have to worry about hurting myself. It’s dishwasher safe too! I just recently bought a second one!
