After one use of this tool I can't imagine how I would live without it. Every feature works perfectly! Having this tool at my disposal will make me reach for avocados even more often!

Love the pit remover! Safer than using a knife!

Nearly Mess Free

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We eat a lot of avocados and removing the pit and slicing them is always a challenge. I got the 3-in-1 Oxo Avocado Slicer to see if prepping would be easier. The Result: the "knife" end of the slicer easily and cleanly splits the avocado in half; the pit remover also does a nice job of removing the pit (no more whacking the seed with a sharp knife!); and the slicer cuts perfectly thin slices that you can fan out beautifully on a salad. The only messy part, is that you still have to lift the slices out of the avocado and this means you either do it with your hands or scoop them out with a large spoon. The bottom line is that the slicer makes cutting an avocado more efficient, safer and almost eliminates the mess. It is one kitchen tool that I reach for almost every day.

Love my new avacado slicer!

I was previously using an older tool to scoop the avacado out of the skin, but this slicer is SO much better because it can scoop and slice at the same time and can also cut! Before I was having to use a knife and a scoop and this is a great all in one tool! Easy to clean too!
