Great product. Very sturdy but lightweight. I was able to slice my avocado in seconds. Didn’t have to put it together or didn’t have any problems cutting . Easy to wash and put together.

Love this! I love useing special helpful tools. This one is a great avocado tool. It cuts slices and pulls the seed out! It’s made well, very durable. It’s pretty easy to clean the slice part you have to scrub a little more.

We go through a lot of avocados in our house. My husband grew up in Southern California, Mexican food is a staple for us, and avocados show up daily—on toast, in tacos, salads, bowls, and straight from the skin with a spoon.
The OXO Avocado Slicer is one of those simple tools that ends up getting used far more than expected. It slices cleanly through the avocado, removes the pit safely, and makes even, neat slices in one motion. What we appreciate most is that it helps us avoid cutting our hands or dealing with slippery knives when working with ripe avocados.
It’s especially helpful when prepping multiple avocados at once, and it makes the process faster and more controlled. The grip is comfortable, it feels sturdy, and like most OXO tools, it’s thoughtfully designed without being bulky or gimmicky. Cleanup is easy, and it’s held up well with regular use.
Is it an essential kitchen tool? Maybe not for everyone—but if avocados are a regular part of your meals, this is a small upgrade that actually makes prep safer, quicker, and less messy. For us, it’s earned a permanent spot in the drawer.

This is LIFE CHANGING. I love avocado but always struggle to cleanly slice it and it always ends up broken or mashed. This is quick and makes perfect cuts and is easy to hold/ clean!

I eat avocados every day and this makes the cutting process so quick and easy! The best kitchen tool if you’re a consistent avocado consumer! I also think it adds a nice safety aspect because you don’t have to hassle with a knife longer than you need to which is a win in my book.

This is by far one of the handiest kitchen tools I own! We eat avocado almost daily in our home and this tool is easy to use and worth it! Avocado is easily sliced and perfect every single time!
