Good product, but has software isues

I have this device almost for a year. I bought it because I did not want to spend more room in my living room for the audio and the BD devices and smart devices. So it is a BD-player, an audio system and a smart device all in one.
The audio is great, I love it and I do not miss the real 5.1 or higher, it is satisfying in an average living room. I love it.
The BD drive is okay, it is playing whatever disc you feed in. I love it.
The smart player is good, when it is working. There are software issues with it, some versions has audio caching issues (the sound is crackling while you play through the internet - Netflix). The latest software version does not have this issue.
But the latest software version does not have the Amazon Instant Video application, which was one my first decision points. I've sent the device back to the support to solve the issue, but they weren't able to do that.
They sent my soundplate back with the Amazon Video icon in the list, but when I started it, the application said "Networking error", and then deleted itself from the device again. So they did not even test the functionality.
Currently there is no way to play back Amazon Instant videos from this device, which is why I hate it.

If you're just using Netflix and/or Vudu and/or CinemaNow and you want a compact, but stylish and great audio, it is the device for you.
