Great look and does a good job when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was installed in a new build house we purchased 6 weeks ago. It cleans good but I have noticed that the drying element does not dry very well and leaves water on the dishes which is annoying and makes me feel like the dishes are not being sanitized. Also one of the plastic back rack wheels was broken and laying in the bottom of the dishwasher, which could be the builders fault. I registered the unit and told them of the problem but no one has gotten back to me yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
