Almost always out of stock at multiple retailers

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The device that these filters go into have a 10 year warranty. But it seems that you may not hit that time because the filters are becoming extinct!

LG PuriCare Air Purifier Round Console
Model AS401VSA0 for a few years. Overall, I am happy with the products. Just the filter is expensive and not available sometimes. I hope LG can lower the filter price since that Model is discontinued.

Clean Air!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this model several months ago. It does a great job of cleaning the air. We have two dogs and there is no pet odor at all. I was disapointed when I learned that there was a free filter when I purchased my unit but when i went to order it the website said that they were no longer available. That is my only complaint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our LG air purifier in our bedroom especially for my wife that suffers from Asthma. It can be whisper quiet or a source of white noise. While I knew the filters were expensive I didn’t hesitate that much, but still these are a third of the purifier’s price. Changing them is easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this purifier on the front desk at work, we work in an old building that has old building smells and the purifier works great. It senses odors and the light changes color once it detects odors. A co-worker is a cigarette smoker and when he walks by the purifier, the light changes color and the fan speed hits high, we have also waived a dusty cloth near the purifier and it picks up the odors and dust as the light changes colors and the fan picks up speed.
