So quiet!!

Needs Improvement on top drawer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought with purchase of new home in late Nov 2020. The front door was damaged (dented). Still waiting for a replacement door. Third rack on top is poorly designed and does not support silverware as expected.

Quiet running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like that this dish washer is more quiet than our old one and cleans the dishes very well. If I was to to give advice to whoever designs the new ones fix that the bottom rack doesn’t fall out when I pull it out and the silverware holder didn’t work well on the door so I used the one from my old dish washer instead. I do like the little extra rack on top though for lids and large utensils.

Metal body inside is excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher to replace our much older model from Kenmore. The difference is sound volume is very remarkable. The new dishwasher is very quiet. The washing quality is also very good. The metal body helps in drying as well. The product website however is deceptive in terms of recommending accessories for the dishwasher. It asked us to buy the hose, power kit and additional one or two items. But all those needed accessories were already present in the dishwasher. We ended up paying extra for the product.

Expensive and doesn’t last

Bought this dishwasher 2.5 years ago. Dishwasher was great when it worked. We are a family of 3 and only is the dishwasher once to twice a week. So you would think for the money that I paid and the amount of use it should last. Nope it didn’t. It’s not working now. So unhappy with the money I paid and the length it lasted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
