Stopped working

F97 error
The oven stopped working after a few use. The oven keeps giving F97 Error and will stop after a few minutes. Not worth the price.

We understand the frustration this causes, and we recommend resetting your wall oven by disconnecting power at the circuit breaker from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, this will require service by a qualified technician. I really love how it works I bake breads and have different options for cook I really obsessed with. I was prefer gas but is ok

We previously had a double oven and had a lot of trouble reaching to open and to remove foods without getting burned. When we saw the Cafe units, it was a no brainer. My husband saw then first and that was all it took.

Love this oven!

This oven is perfect for baking, roasting, warming, etc. I am using the upper French Door oven for baking breads, pies, and cookies, and the lower oven for roasting meats and baking casseroles. I love the proofing feature as well. Easy to learn to operate. I have nothing but praise for this product!
