Not bad but could be better

As far as the normal things that are expected it is a decent oven but during instal there were a couple things that could be improved. They could have included two more sets of slides for the lower oven and the large bottom spacer panel should have a better fit. It did not lay flat enough to the cabinet surface. Also the bottom door hinges for the top doors should be stainless not black plastic.

upper oven is so accessible for basting, etc for the person who is hotter without long arms! I have ended my life with small burns from oven racks, etc.

Love the French doors for easy access to the top oven. I baked meatballs with the convection setting and they were great! Will bake cookies soon, for the real test! Weird to have dial knobs, rather that keypads...but it is fine.

Oops, can’t use copper handles

It’s a nice looking wall oven. Seems to work well. The company I purchased this cafe series were under the idea you could change out the handles to copper. It’s the only reason I ordered the cafe series. I’m so disappointed. I placed the copper knobs on but can’t install the copper handles. The oven sits next to the refrigerator with copper handles. I’m stuck with this oven because my cabinets were made to fit this wall oven. It also took three months to get.

The top oven cafe style doors are just the ticket!

The cafe style doors on my top oven are just what I wanted! No more burning myself trying to remove things from the top oven over a hot oven door!
It is nice to have probes in both top and bottom ovens as well.

Double Doors Top Oven

Cafe Series Double Ovens with double door swing open top oven is great. My short wife loves it, easy access for cleanup and loading unloading trays pots pans. Self cleaning feature works great. Both are convection. No fan noise unlike our previous Westinghouse Gold ovens. Easy controls. Highly Recommend this GE Cafe Series Ovens.

This oven bakes so well and evenly, and has so many baking options! I love the easy controls and the upper double doors. Being 5'3", it was hard to put a pie into a hot oven with conventional doors. My husband LOVES the proofing setting for his bread and pizza dough.
