Great convection options

You can cook many things in this oven simultaneously and adjust the convection settings such that even cooking results. This is something that could never be done with my previous oven. i look forward to our next big family gathering!

CAUTION: ONLY one 'EXTENSION" rack per oven...

I am upset with how difficult it is to slide the oven racks in and out and this is why: This double oven comes with 3 racks per oven BUT only one of each set is what is identified in the Owner's Manual as an "EXTENSION" rack -- you know the modern rack that slides effortlessly in and out because it is assembled with little wheels/rollers on each side of the rack that it glides on.
The other two racks per oven are identified in the Owner's Manual as "TRADITIONAL" racks -- the old style plain racks that drag and scrape and bump along as you struggle to slide it in and out. These traditional racks are the kind of racks that used to be in my Mother's oven. My two previous ovens included only multiple "EXTENSION" racks. Why, why, why would GE do this? Fortunately, I have the boxes these racks came in and, for your information, the "Extension" Racks are GE Part # 191D8594G002 (Rack Slide) and the old-fashioned "Traditional" Racks are GE Part # 191D8328G004 (Rack and Guide). BEWARE - BEWARE -

Beautiful Ovens

The French doors really make this oven a splendor to look at and make it so much easier to access items in the top oven. The ovens make the whole kitchen modern and updated. But, it is not just beautiful to behold, the ovens work wonderfully. I am very pleased.
