Physically, it's a very nice computer. Touchscreen, backlit keyboard, metal exterior, small, lightweight...all the criteria I had when looking for a new computer. However, I've since had to replace it with an ASUS Windows laptop, as I found the Chromebook didn't like to "play nice" with much. My HP laserjet printer being the biggest issue, as I need my computer and laserjet to work together for my job. But also, the Word and Excel apps were hit or miss when they seemed to want to open or when people I sent attachments to were able to open/view them. Maybe I could have figured out the problems with time and effort, but I'm self-employed and need a computer that's more cooperative.
I would recommend this to a friend!
