The range I have been waiting for!

Could not have a gas range in my new little nest, but the turbo speed-boost function makes up for it! Beautifully sleek and well-engineered...why doesn't every oven rack have your ingenious pull-out hand holds! A great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When first purchased cooktop wouldn't stay on. It was repaired with a factory specified update performed by a local technition. Unit cooks and works well mechanicallyl. I don't like the large pot heating element located at the back of the range, difficult to lift large pots and pans, forced to lean on the control panel while maneuvering pan or pot often changes settings. Also, and my main complaint, I can't tell for sure when a pot or pan is centered over the heating elements, markings currently on cooktop do not indicate centers clearly enough for centering multiple pots or pans over heating elements. As for appearance; it doesn't have a shiny surface and looks very industrial, a bit too much for our home kitchen. I wouldn't recommend it.

Induction Range

You have so many features that a cook loves...the probe, the flanged edges, the convection roast, light switch so can leave light off and door oven to cool, all the timers....
However, I would suggest the circles etc that delineate where the pan is placed, be bolder as at times they are hard to see..
Also, would be nice if it had the old fashioned TIME COOK ( I understand that's available on other models w internet, however, it would be very useful to be able to leave my house and set the oven to start/stop while I am gone
Also...if the front handle didn't protrude as much it would be more comfortable to use on several levels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch Induction Range is a pleasure to cook with. Using induction is as helpful as cooking with gas stove. This stove is very responsive. You very change the cooking temperature up or down as need unlike an electric stove. The slide in style is also very appealing visually. Beautiful design!

Love my new induction range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the clean modern lines that this range brings to my kitchen. A beautiful update long overdue.
The induction cooktop, from simmer to sizzle in no time plus energy efficient as well. The safety features really help to prevent boil overs and burned pans as It is able to detect when a pan is removed, the element turns off. I find that I am using lower temperature on most of my cooking. The a quick wipedown and its ready to go for the next creation.

The oven features cover a wide range of cooking from convection to bake as well as roast as well as it self cleans. The warming drawer perfect to keep items hot and ready for a crowd.
The oven racks are very sturdy and secure, helping ensure a safe removal of a heavy casserole or roast. A very important feature.

I am still learning about all the features that this range has to help me enjoy cooking even more, efficiently and safely.
