New to induction - new to convection

Overall I am very satisfied with the Bosch induction range. I switched from a basic electric to induction - there are some significant improvements. Cookware heats up (and cools down) very quickly and therefore it is much easier to control temp and cooking time. Since the stovetop doesn't get hot - food spills don't "bake-on" the surface. it is much easier to clean than my old electric range. The only negative is that sometimes the heating element just turns off. This may occur when the sensor doesn't recognize the cookware or if the element gets too hot. The convection oven is top notch. I bake bread and the results are terrific. Also the probe element enables to me to determine exact temp for roasts and poultry. One function that is missing: my old oven had a delayed start/end time which I found convenient; this is surpirisingly missing from my new range. Overall I am very pleased with my new range!

Great Stove!

We were always firmthat we wanted a gas stove long term, but the speed this heats, the even cooking surface, and the built in functioniality like the timed cooking mode. We're still learning new awesome things about this range every day and couldn't be happier with it.

bosch induction range review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The issue I have is with the front oven selection panel. I am 80 pounds overweight so my stomach is constantly turning on or off the oven panel selections when I am cooking on the stove top. I wish you had the panel more like the top panel where you have to hold down a few seconds for it to respond. My stomach has changed oven settings on me without me realizing it till it was to late! Maybe design some kind of clear covering that can slid over the area to protect it from such random changes.

Makes baking a dream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range looks great in our kitchen and works great at high altitude (9000ft), the induction top is wonderful to cook on, very simply to control the temperature and very fast to boil water. We’re had fantastic results baking with the oven.

The range is beautiful, but my burners will randomly keep and turn off. Waiting for repairs to be made. Also, I did not receive the temperature probe for my oven. After looking forward to buying this range am disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. This range has performed flawlessly in the 2 months since installation. From roasting the 15lb. turkey in just over an hour with the most perfect crispy skin and juicy meat to delicately scrambling eggs on a nice low setting without burning the bottom. Is it expensive, yes. Is it worth it? If you place a high priority on cooking with a high degree of precision then absolutely.
